Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear problem statements with supporting facts that demonstrate the impact on current organizational effectiveness and/or efficiency
  • Generate hypotheses on root cause and frame analyses to validate
  • Work with cross functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to structure work plan and resolve issues
  • Develop suite of process workflows, controls and metrics and improve operational performance
  • Translate process and/or system gaps into detailed system requirements; partner with teammates in Information Technology to develop, implement and rigorously test solutions
  • Monitor and track daily initiatives; proactively identify risks and interdependencies to implementation
  • Communicate conclusions for long-term, sustainable solutions that influence senior leadership to adopt transformational solutions
  • 20% domestic travel to client locations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex transformation projects, performance improvement and/or operational turnaround programs in an industry specific or consulting role
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field of study is required
  • An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is strongly preferred
  • Advanced Project Management Certification (PMP) is highly desirable
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is required
