About the Position:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Sales Operations to join our Beacon Health Options team in Boston. The Manager of Sales Operations is responsible for operationalizing Sales Tools (SalesForce.com & other tools) to drive sales productivity and driving Sales Analytics. The manager will help to identify new opportunities to help increase the productivity & efficiency of the regional sales teams through process changes, new tools, etc. Cross-regional pipeline reporting, forecasting, and sales analytics will be a critical function.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates sales reporting & forecasting processes used within the sales organization. Maintain key analytical Sales KPIs and dashboards including: pipeline management, sales analytics, and financial forecasting. Responsible for pipeline reporting to Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
  • Own & manage all key sales tools: SalesForce.com
  • Drive adoption of SalesForce and accuracy of data input
  • Manages day-to-day Salesforce.com user cases, including (but not limited to) new user requests, resolution of systems issues, one-on-one training needs, and troubleshooting
  • Drive automation of reporting and simplification of sales processes
  • Partner with a development team for continuous improvement of SalesForce.com platform. Helps to prioritize feature development to help drive sales productivity
  • Educates Beacon users and stakeholders on Salesforce.com capabilities and helps develop solutions to solve key business needs. Helps to develop and deploy training. Provides post-training support as needed
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Relevant Work Experience: 2+ years in sales operations / related experience, Skilled at SalesForce.com and previous experience with long and complex sales cycles
