Job Description

The Corporate Quality Project Manager reports to the Vice President, Clinical Quality and works to ensure timely, complete, and high quality deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.  The Project Manger develops tracking systems, risk mitigation plans, and Regional corrective action plans.  The Project Manager ensures that Regional and Corporate Quality remain on target for completing work plan, trending analyses, trilogy documents, and other Beacon-wide aggregate reports

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages the deliverables from Regional Quality to Corporate Quality.
  • Develops and organizes tracking system for Quality and Compliance Deliverables and ensures timely delivery of all reports, documents, and analyses.
  • Develops risk mitigation plan when Regions are not on target to complete deliverables both completely or on time.
  • Works with Director of Clinical Quality to troubleshoot any areas identified for improvement.
  • Escalates issues to VP clinical quality before penalties occur and helps to develop solutions for on-time high quality reporting and analysis.
  • Hands of all data to manager, director, and other Corporate staff in an organized way so that Corporate Quality can aggregate reporting across Beacon.
  • Tracks all trend reports, trilogy documents, CQC, CMMC reporting.
  • Reviews CQC and CMMC meeting minutes to ensure completeness and alignment with accreditation requirements.
  • Escalates performance issues in the regions to the VP of Clinical Quality and works with the Director of Clinical Quality to monitor any internal regional CAPs.
  • Helps Regions document gaps in reporting and measurement for performing Quality Improvement and hands off issues to stakeholders. Monitors issues list until corrective action is taken and issue is resolve

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree, Quality, or Project Management certifications a plus.

Licenses:  N/A

Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing projects for Quality Operations and Quality Improvement. 

Knowledge, Skills Abilities:

  • Requires excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external clients in verbal and in written formats.
  • Self-motivated, results driven individual with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. 
  • Ability to establish and lead teams, work with multiple constituencies, and develop shared goals is pivotal
  •  Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills are a must
  • Proven record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable and innovative problem solver that uses sound judgement to make business decisions to drive results 
  •  Strong relationship building skills/client-focus must be demonstrated
