ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a group of dynamic Care Coordination Supervisors to join our team in Arkansas.  The Supervisor, Care Coordination will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the Clinical Department for functions handled by non-licensed clinical staff.

These positions may have the opportunity to work from home within the state of Arkansas.  Travel throughout an assigned region to meet with members will likely be required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensures assigned staff complete of all requirements of the program as outlined by Arkansas Medicaid, including meeting face-to-face with members, timely completion of work product, documentation standards are followed, and general adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.  
  • Ensure process and procedures are followed consistently, and the program operations run seamlessly. 
  • Responsible for training, meetings, scheduling, monitoring productivity, and overall management of assigned staff.
  • Responsible for identifying operational issues which could impact clients and members. 
  • Participate in strategic, systems, and organizational planning of department and the company as a whole.

Position Requirements:

Education: RN or Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline.  Master’s Degree and Licensure in a Mental Health or related discipline, preferred.

Licensure:  Active RN 

Relevant Work Experience:   At least three (3) years’ experience working with members with a behavioral health condition and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.   Management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent supervisory skills, including oversight of timeliness of work product and staff efficiencies
  • Knowledge of the AR Medicaid Behavioral Health and/or Intellectual/Developmental disability service delivery system
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to document within care management system; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and document productivity
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to independently manage time and responsibilities
  • Ability to work remotely, including access to reliable internet
